Efficiency. We all strive to increase our efficiency in everything that we do – achieve more in less time, effort, or money. Using templates for producing uniform items is one of the most efficient practices. No wonder it is so common in almost every area of our lives – food, medicine, communication, and … paper work! Xerox machines, printers, scanners brought paper work efficiency to the next level, but it didn’t stop there. Today, we can duplicate files, create multiple copies, or create different flavors very quickly by adjusting the duplicates as needed. Although duplicating documents or master data records is quite safe, SAP Business One enables you to grant authorization to duplicate documents and records to the relevant users only:
By default, this authorization is set to “Full Authorization”. To prevent users from duplicating documents and records, set it to “No Authorization”. In such case, trying to duplicate a record would trigger a system message, and the action will be blocked.
